Natale S. Ricciardi
Senior Vice President & President/Team Leader, Pfizer Global Manufacturing
Natale S. Ricciardi holds the positions of President, Pfizer Global Manufacturing and Senior Vice President, Pfizer Inc. He is a member of the Pfizer Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and is the Sponsor of the Company's Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts.
Nat joined the ELT and became Pfizer CI Sponsor in September 2007. He was named to his current position in October 2004. He had been the PGM U.S. Area Team Leader since 1999, after four years as Vice President of Manufacturing for Pfizer's Animal Health Group. He led Pfizer's manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico from 1982 to 1995, the last three years of which included responsibility for Pfizer's Sales and Marketing operations in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. During his time in Puerto Rico, he led various public-private partnerships aimed at improving education, housing and environmental protection. Prior to Puerto Rico, he worked in a number of manufacturing assignments for 10 years in New York and at the Brooklyn plant, where he originally joined the company in 1972.
Nat earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the City College of New York and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Fordham University.
Nat serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and is a Member of its Executive Committee. NAM is the nation's largest industry trade association, representing small and large manufacturers in every industrial sector and in all 50 states. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Mediacom Communications Corp., Middletown, New York, the eighth-largest cable television operator in the United States. He chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.
